Home Access Program

Site Location:

For Home Entry & Bathroom Accessibility Modifications

The Home Access Program provides home entry and bathroom accessibility modifications for low-income Vermonters with physical disabilities so they can remain in their homes.  Modifications are designed with the individual in mind and increase opportunities for participation in the civic and social life of the community.
We do not put the Home Access Application on our website so that we have an opportunity to determine your eligibility, get information about your home, and to provide information about our process.
For more information, or to be screened for eligibility and to request an application, please contact Susan Britto at sbritto@vcil.org or call 802-224-1827.
