VCIL’s Information, Referral & Assistance specialists help you find the assistance you need to achieve your independence. VCIL’s Information, Referral & Assistance specialists provide quality referrals and information to people seeking assistance on a variety of issues.

Information, Referral & Assistance services are provided to people with disabilities, the Deaf, their family members, organizations, and agencies. VCIL is part of Vermont’s 211 services, a coordinated referral program of social service agencies, community action programs, and state agencies throughout Vermont.
